How to develop skills to support? I resume views expressed on Learning 2.0 to the effect that distance education, the role of the teacher changes: "It is no longer the giver of knowledge, he became a coach ". and yet often the emphasis is first put on technology. It says for example that in France " The answer to the first gear was seldom software, as customary, no knows the definition of the word. It seems we know well enough to develop technology skills.
